Title: Omega tuning/tuners
Post by: Blackie_No1 on 22 November 2009, 22:10:40
Is there a company who tunes these or offers tuning parts? Grooved discs, updated suspension, exhaust systems etc?

I know I can get engine parts from courtenay sports, but what about the rest?

no real single source, have to go to independent places for each. Try Bilsteins for suspension, few people here have them and like the results, or for a more standard feel, try MV6 running gear.

Have heard that billie's are good, I know someone who has a set of ex-cop billie's sitting.

Any independent people you could suggest?

..........depends on what you want done.
For sure Courtenays will do it for you.

I'm very pleased with my Bilstein/Eibach set up
I use Courtney discs all round
My exhaust is from Longlife

It might be easier to try a Vaux tuner rather that think of it just for the Omega

(?) griffin autos (near milton Keynes - advertise in TV and have stuff in theat mag regularly) might help you out.
If you're near Cheshire there is a company there (cant remember their name but are also in TV a lot)

ECU stuff - there are plenty of places that will remap but be sure to have a clear Idea of what it is you're after - any decent tuner willl want to talk with you about that long before the car  is with them.

Good luck - hope you enjoy transforming your Mig! :y
