All the team are bowled out without making a run

No, there can only be one. 1st, 3,4,5,6,7 are out in first over (damn, I can't count!), 2nd,9,10,11 are out in 2nd over (8th took 7th place before over swap).

So answer is 8th (couldn't count earlier)

Ok then, what happens if first man bats a complete over without making a run :question

To add further option...

Run out could occur. The batsmen could cross trying for the first run. If one was run out, there would be no score.

Likewise batsmen could cross while ball was in the air. If it was caught then the striker of the ball would be out but if the batsmen had crossed then the new man in would be at the non strikers end.

Bag of peanuts goes to TheBoy, 8th man left.  You have to take into acount the end of the 1st over and start of the second one. No.2  doesn't move in the first over and No.8 doesn't move in the 2nd

Who wants another?

But what about the scenarios mentioned, ie not bowled out, but no runs for first over etc?

You shouldn't doubt yourself, Its hyperthetical anyway. so no crossovers etc....... its just a numbers game.
