hi,
I have bought an Opel Omega estate 2,5TD last week in Holland, it's LHD of course. It has all the bells and whistles and soemthing that puzzles me a bit....
A badge on both front doors with just '100' on it (where on the Vauxhall you have the CD or CDX badges), these badges repeat themselves on the frontdoor sills as well.
Anybody any idea? Anniversary version perhaps?

Just had a look and found a german website with the answer:
http://www.senatorman.de/opel_omega_b.htm
Basically translated on Google Translator it comes out as this:
In model year 2000, there was the 100-year anniversary of the Opel brand nor the special "Edition 100". From facelift in the 2000 model year, there were then modified equipment designations. From then there was the "Omega", the "Omega Elegance", the "Omega Sport" and the "Omega Executive. In model year 2002, the facilities have been streamlined so that only the "Omega Selection", the "Omega Edition" and the "Omega Executive" there.
Hope that explains it.
And welcome to Omega heaven :-[
