as my previous thread re losing oil. i finally cleaned the tractors engine yesterday & after a good run out noticed oil below the inlet manifold between 1 -3 cylinders it appears to be coming from somewhere near the injector pump. have ruled out dipstick tube leak rocker covers are ok. Is there any thing in the pump area that can spew oil out when engine is under pressure.? :-/ :y not losing oil when stationary

Is the hose connected under the inlet manifold?? The one that goes off somewhere around the Power Steering reservoir?? iirc that is in the vicinity...

Ray go under the car and look at the bottom of the oil filter housing
I found the two O rings on the pipes that go into the base of the filter were shot you need a E12 torx to get the holding bracket off then pipes pull out easily.
i noticed this when I was changing the idler+track rods i was having a nosey to see where the oil was coming from. :y
