What a moron.....they should get a written warning for that!

Chances are its a diesel adn its hydrauliced the engine which is no surprise when you drive through flood water at that speed, the bow wave went over the roof!

I guess standard PC Plod driving it doesn't get any driver training?

A mate of mine is a PC and his driving skills are, to put it kindly, er.. not sure I can put it kindly. He received no special driver training but was banned from driving in the course of his job fairly early in his career. Had he not, I suspect there would be plenty more videos of Panda cars bouncing off the scenery on YouTube.
