Title: CAR INSURANCE & MOT............

Goes in for MOT tomorrow morning, and just paid the car insurance on Saturday, ran out while I was on hols £911, that's with 13 yrs no claims :-X ftp://...once I get the MOT then I need to renew my car tax :-X

Your right ;D, thread modified :y, they are all due at the same time, so 6 months car tax after the MOT's done so they don't all hit me at the same time next year

No only have one vehicle, price includes all the irmscher bits, alloys, suspension, stereo etc., Oh and business use, same as last year eg cost despite the 900 quid re-spray cost, covered under maliscious damage, last year.

Chopped in for MOT this morning, had a call to say driver's side track rod end needs replacing :-X

WOW!!    900 smackers..........

My 3.0 V6 is only £200, and f/c with business use too. Yes, i'm nearly 50, but what have you got done to it to load it that much?

All the kits insured, including irmscher lowered suspension, 1k for in-car stereo, irmscher steering wheel, irmscher rims, stainless exhaust etc.. Oh and my postcode is SE15 :-X

I know how you feel mike i`ve had some ridicoulus qoutes of £4,000 plus to insure my cdx on a R plate.....I was talking to my girlfriends daughter yesterday and she`s had some silly insurance qoutes for her 1.1lt pug 307 they put hers up from £450 fully comp to nearly £900 shes had no accidents or claims in the 3 years shes been driving....I`ve tried the compare sites and they are stupid prices for me the cheapest i`ve seen is £601 third party only..... >:( >:(

And I had a bit of a moan when mine went up by £16, to £194 :'(

But saved £1, my house insurance came down by that amount :-/

Once you get inside the M25 circle your premiums seem to rocket,especially the SE boroughs.
My 2.5 is insured for business use as I drive 100/150 nearly every day and Direct Line charge me just under £500 a year...that is to carry business products/and with that mileage,so expect the extra loadings are for the Irmscher bits.
