easiest way would be with a donor vehicle on hand for all the parts required and you may also need the master cylinder as well

donor vehicle is best way.

complete system change is the only option unless you happen to be a brake designer  ;)

make sure you have the rear pressure-limiting valves, too otherwise you'll have agoodly dose of rear-end lock-up / swapping ends action to cope with.

agreed.. done it in the past.. a complete rear system is the way to go..

also I must note the rear brakes will work fully only if there is enough weight otherwise they will work %50 ( I assume also Astras have some brake pressure limitor on the rear)

What are you hoping to achieve? The disc/drum set up on my Astra works fine as did the same set up on the Astra SWMBO had written off.
I can see you needing 5 stud wheels too after your conversion  ::)  ::)

It's all too easy to "overbrake" the rear of a car. :y
