hi thinking of buying a facelift w reg 3.0 elite is there any concerns and any problems i should look out for with this engine any help would be great

Apart from standard things to look out for when buying any car, check when the cam belt was last changed, servicing history including oil breather cleaning and for any rust around the rear arches ;) ;)

also check if the exhaust needs replacing, and see that the rear shocks aren't leaking

purely because these are very costly to replace!

Not really, rear shocks £70 ish +vat for pair, exhaust cat back is about £120  :y

you sure about the shocks price?

or is that opting out of self levelling? i thought they were about £75 each tc

Sorry yeah its £150 for pair of self levelling  :y
