hi, just got myself an omega and wanted to know if anyone had ever put VXR astra alloys on one? does anyone have any pictures?
-
As the astra is front wheel drive I would think you would have problems with offset
-
they would be replicas which would have a bigger centre bore to suit! i saw a picture before i had an omega and from memory it looked class but i cant find it now
-
they sit a little too far into the arches

Hi, I've got the 19"snowflakes on my omega. The astra VXR ones are the same only 18". They fit no problems what so ever. As for tyre size your probably best with 235/40/18 or possibly 225/40/18. I would go for the 225/40/18 option with the front arches being a little tight. As for fitting spacers, its each to their own. I had them fitted then took them off as it was causing poor ride quality even tho I used Eibach hub centric spacers, which are (IMO) the best brand for the type of wheel. Here is a picture of my baby with no spacers but the rear arches are filled with wider tyres (255/35/19). Anything else you want to know, just ask away..... :y :y :y
