do they all have rear blinds,seen a saloon one with a bose speaker slap bang in the middle of the rear shelf and wondered if they were secretly hidden or somthing :D
also do late elites have electric headrests,i notice the electric seat gubbind are totally different to a cd spec omeeega :-?

Post '52' plate Omega Elite's don't have the rear blinds. So all from 'V' to '02' do have them, there are a handful of '52' plates with them, that's simply because they were registered later.
No Omega has electric headrests, the bit you may see will be the motor for the backrest operation.

funny how you get a better speaker set up and the rear blind goes bandit ::)
and the later car get a better electric seat but i hardly think it would of been worth the development as the other ones were ok,seems other than more movement and 3 memories thats it. :P

not just later cars with electric fore & aft etc with 3 memories, early elites had this too .... like mine :y :y

The Elite speaker/amp system remained the same from 98 - 03
Functions available on Elite seats was the same from 94 - 03, except for side airbags introduced in 98 (along with different pretensioners). Obviously seat coverings varied...

didn't the late Omega have powered headrest lowering in a crash ?

Head rests push forward in an accident I thought, wiplash prevention?....but they do something like that, to adjust the hight the headrest has to be pulled forward first, now where's that manual?
