Title: 2000 facelift 2.5?????

my workmate found a 2000 facelift omega for sale cheap, i just wanted to check, did the facelifts have a 2.5 petrol in or should it have a 2.6? i was just concerned its had a engine swap!

Yes facelifts of that year could have had the 2.5 engine in, my X reg Elite was a 2.5.

2.6 & 3.2 not introduced until 2001  :y

Well mine was a  January 2nd 2001 model so must have been one of the first 2.6's then?????
