He says he bought it for his 'old omega estate'??? :-?

My original shelf is grey, but that aside will this work in my facelift?

Yep. Plug and play. Obviously needs the console switch and the connector on the blind may be different to yours (Saab plug from MY `01/2). Just a case of splicing the wires or fitting two new male/female connectors
