They're all V6's and so not a lot to choose from them all. Just keep putting the fuel in & try not to worry.

There have been a number of threads on this very subject mate. 2.5's get better MPG then a 3.0 or 3.2 but it isnt loads, then you have to ask is it a manual or auto? :)

I have a 2.5 auto and went to Devon on hols last year and averaged 29.3 mpg. that was a combination of motorways there and back and a week of driving along small lanes and B roads. I was pleasantly supprised. :y

my 2.6 will do 33mpg with a feather foot but normal driving about 25-28 thats a mix of stop start and steady 65. :'(

Its an Omega why worry about the fuel consumption, just sit in the big comfy chair and use the two pedals as they should be :y

Think due to wether and running 15 min to de iceing. I usually get 25 arond town and 36 on the moterway in the warmer weather
-
1200 mile run up to Inverness & back and averaged 44mpg in the tractor with a car full of camping equipment.
The Elite barge is averaging 12mpg at the moment although it only gets used twice a week to keep it charged and I'm forever upsetting the TC into coming in ;D

I travel 3.5 miles to work and 3.5 miles home with occasional detour of 3-4 miles home, average 21/22 mpg; mines a manual 2.2 petrol. On a run does well, mid/high 30's :y
-
My 2.2 auto averages 21.8 mpg
-
On an open road driving carefully I usually reach 38-40 mpg on an manual 2.2.
In a city it plumets to 23 to 25 mpg :(
-

I'd say thats quite bad, only 19.5 mpg with 2/3 mway driving! I hit 35 mpg cruising at 80 in my 3.0 auto
-
I get about 18mpg round town and about 35mpg on a run but I don't hang around either :)
P.s 2.0 by the way
