Title: X25XE Daewoo Lanos
Post by: omegabsw on 09 February 2011, 02:47:30
I know a fair bit about vauxhall engines and removing refitting them and I am currently building a X18XE1 Corsa B track car with a friend of mine.

Anyway I have 2 facelift Omega's both the same colour and have decided to break the V6 one therefore I have a low mileage X25XE block, even though its out of an omega it dont bother me as I have access to a scrap Vectra V6.

I have been tossing and turning about what to put this engine in Tigra, Corsa, Astra Coupe and at the moment one of the easier options is a Daewoo Lanos.

Do you think im a little sick in the head?  :D

I dont think it should be too hard, just been told that I may have to use the plenums off a C25XE, not a big problem, just more expense.

Keep you all posted  :D

Mate of mine is putting a 3.0 in a '99 Matiz at the moment. I must pop round and see how he is getting on!
