since i bought my facelift mv6 lpg from elite pete (cheers pete :y) my mini facelift elite lpg has sat unused and unloved :(.... she has a few issue's which are not costly to sort out but there's a few...
windscreen (£75 on insurance)
squeak from back end possible wheel bearing
exhaust where the right hand cat meets middle section the bracket has broken so its blowing
lpg probably needs a good service..i took it to a place darth recommended last year and it ran great for 3 months after that but then started being unreliable..sometimes would run for 100 miles sometimes 2 miles before it would switch back to petrol
it only has 3 17' alloys on it at the mo as the other one has a small crack in it(damn potholes)
possible wishbones
...the good points
last year it had a broken manifold stud so darth stripped it and did the head gasket cam belt water pump and the full gubbins..it's gone approx 12k miles since then..
being as it's an elite i prefer it to the mv6..as it's got bose,leather,auto,sunroof..
my heart says keep it..my head says sell it as a fixer-up or break it.....opinions please :)

How much tax and test left ?
-
mot'd till july taxed till end of september

Personally i would try it on the bay 1st with a reserve and then if it doesnt make what you want then break it

Sell it while you have tax and ticket - decide a sensible reserve and pop it on ebay with some decent pics and I am sure the LPG install will attract some interest.
I ran 2 omega's when I bought my 3.2 and still had my 2.5 but it was pointless as you always have a favourite so you drive that lol.
