Title: Newbie with Omega
Post by: John Ando on 23 May 2007, 15:45:42
Hi I'm a newbie Omega owner and I have a few pics of my nice, standard motor. It's a 1998 's' 2.5 V6 CDX with 114'000 on the clock , full service history and spankin condition.
I'm thinkin about a few mods. but not quite sure what yet. I like the alloy's as they are and I dont wanna go too mad and was thinkin about rear tints,  plain black grille and possibly colour coding trim and mirrors and maybe getting rid of those yellowy white bulbs and changing for legal ice white ones.......
Any suggestions brothaz?

John

That does'nt work John, i would suggest opening a photbucket account (its free) save your pics on their and past the IMG links onto the pages here, the picture will show then. Heres the link;

Mike

I like that plain black grille on your car but Ive noticed the difference in bonett type. Can you get those grilles for pre facelift omegas and do they look as good?

click here (http://www.irmscher.de) for quite a nice grille, click "produkte" then "shop" and search for omega on the drop down list to the right. if bought new, the opel badge should be seperately packaged so you dont have to put it on if you dont want, i dont know if it includes the "I" badge or the car badge

Mine's a facelift and i have an "I" badge on mine, opel badge sat in the box :D
