This was my first omega a 1996 2.0 cd. we had it for 4 years and gave us lots of happy memories. brought the baby home from hosipital,I also proposed to the misses in it. It has taken us all over england and scotland and never let us down, but a few problems were appearing so it was time to change.

Nice looking meega, I think the Omega estate looks really stylish. Bet you notice the improvement in grunt with the six pot over your previous two ltr, by the way welcome to the forum :y

thanks for the welcome
the biggest difference i noticed is how smooth the power delivery is. the choice in car was based on the look,i wanted black, she wanted silver but we both said it had to be an estate.

love the estate, but then i do prefer facelifts!
did you prefer the CD alloys to the usual CDX ones?

Very nice :y

i did'nt know there was a difference so checked a few pics on the net and yes i do prefer the wheels i have.

The spec is actually a 'CD'. Not a fan of CDX wheels myself though. Black cars are always a right royal PITA to keep clean and look tatty if not. The new silver one looks very smart indeed! :)
