Well after a hectic couple of months since i got the Miggy i think it's just about finished :D :D
Jobs so far have been
Tottally re-build and renue the front and rear suspension
replace brakes all round including drilling the front discs and painting the calipers
fit cruise control
upgrade the stereo to a CCR2006
repaint the wheels silver
collect and fit the rearboot lid with MV6 spoiler
fit rear parking sensors
collect rubdown and repaint front MV6 bumper (also fitted original rubber lip spoiler as it sat too high)
fitted full headlamp wash system at same time
Replace rubbish taylored mudflaps for some MK4 Astra ones
Fit irmscher grill which i picked up on a trip to the factory in Remshalden
also removed split and painted headlamps black
a little bit of detailing on the badges
fitted a new twin tailpipe
On to the piccies

Awesome job mate, however do keep an eye on those rotors as they are drilled and they tend to develop cracks on the surface, you dont want to find yourself pressing the brakes one day and having one of the rotors explode on you.... its a nasty feeling up your gut...
Otherwise you have done some fantastic work to the car, I like the mudguards, as well as the wheels, but what kind of suspension upgrades have you done<? New shocks/struts?
-
do like your efforts mate. makes the list i have to do to mine seem feeble! i would'ent worry about your disks as i run grooved and drilled on my van and seirra and have'nt had any trouble yet. wore out my first set on the van as i do like to outbreak peolpe and the van is constantly overweight.
like the rims also, something differe [smiley=thumbsup.gif]nt

Thanks for the comments buddy :)
As far as the discs go i have been drilling my own discs for years now and never had any cracking issues as i dont actually drill all the way through ;)
The suspension was completely renued with new springs and dampers all round as well as drop links front and anti roll bar bushes at both ends all with genuine GM stuff as i get staff rates from my dealer :y :y
