Post by: robcad1972 on 19 March 2011, 11:17:53
Just thought i'd post some pics of my latest buy.
If you see it floating around the Medway towns, give me a wave.

Extremely handsome... :y

Folding mirrors, too - are they standard fit?

If it isn't a trade secret, what did you pay?

They're not electrically folding although would of been a nice touch. i always fold them in as it saves the local boy racers shaving them off.

I paid £900 for the old girl with full service history and no expense has been spared as the owner before me used original Vauxhall Parts. he owned the vehicle from 5 months old the one before him being a Vauxhall manager who ordered her with the Elite toys. ;)

They all fold, even prefacelift.  :-? It's just that the vast majority are not powered.

sorry - for some reason (some mental aberration) I'd made an assumption that the ones in the pic were powered.
I'll get my coat.... :'(

150k but still going strong drives and feels brand new. guess the fact it has been well maintained/serviced shines through. Still think i have a bargain though, miles of smiles especially when in top gear at 70 you only have to push the pedal and she takes of like a scoulded cat. ::)
