I like that :y
-
Looking good love the spaced wheels, :y
-
cheers guys. Dont know if I will lower it more or not?
-
It would make it look even better if you did ;)
-
Very true. Only problem is. I have already broke one sump with how low it is and I cant afford another sump ha
-
Thats not good. put a splitter on the front to give the illusion extra lowness :)
-
are those azevs?
-
They are indeed. A set off a lotus carlton.
-
can you post some pics of the rear what kind of spoiler is that :o love the front end wheels are sweet too
-
Cant best a set of Azev,A,s, had them on a few of my old cars!! :y
-
That body kit looks amazing ;)
-
Looks good! needs the front bump vents and foggies putting on though!
-
Havnt the back just finished yet. I will put up photos when i do.
Have the vents and spots for it too and the headlamp washers
-
cool :) :y
-
super sweet. yup needs the fogs ;)
nice spoiler. any rear pics (of the car that is)?
cheers.
-
Good looking car mate :y
-
Yeah!!!! Has a mean stance without going over the top. Dropping it on it's knees would spoil the effect completely so please don't. My MV6 has spaced wheels & very tasteful/subtle lowered irmscher red springs at the rear, this is for handling not show.
Looking good!!! 8-)
-
Nice motor :y
I have a set of exactly the same wheels, what are the specs of your wheels?
Here are mine

Rear pics of the car will be up after the weekend. Yeah dont think I will drop it anymore. Might buckle the back arches on a bumpy road and break my sump again. worse thing about the Diesel is the sump.
Rim Diameter is 18". Tyre Width is 225 on front and 265 on back. And the car is kitted ont with PIRELLI p zero Tyres. :)
-
Hey i need two Headlight washers? Anyone able to help. I broke one and lost the other.
Cheers
-
sorry to ask but why is it eurostyle??
-
Nice car.
Looks a lot like my pal's old car: http://www.bilgalleri.dk/html/gal_visbil.asp?ID=36984&ipc=123297 (danish car galleri)
-
Eurostyle cars have deep dish rims and they are slammed.
All like this http://www.google.ie/images?um=1&hl=en&tbs=isch:1&q=eurostyle+cars&revid=1539048268&sa=X&ei=qG9FTZGmHs6HhQfL3cixAQ&ved=0CDAQ1QIoAA&biw=1138&bih=535

That is a sweet car. Like the carbon on the interior :) :)
-
Thats a nice looking car croosy got me thinking what i can do with my diesel now :)
Are ya still after some headlight washers? if you are mutantcav might still have a pair as he's breaking a pre facelift :y
-
looking good!As others have said , think it'll be better still once fogs are on and to lower it any more would be too OTT for my taste (not to mention a bit expensive on the sump department ;D). The spacers look good and the whole thing has that gruntier almost muscle -car look to me without being boyracerish or cartoonish. Nice job :y
-
I may Do something about the suspension. The car is too springy and the wheels are hitting the arches. What does any1 recommend I do?
Cheers
-
actually got headlight washers too. cheers guys
-
your car looks awsome! where did you get your front? looks great on your omega =)
-
Cheers. :)
Got the whoe kit off ebay from ploand. Got the front grill from england.

Cheers
-
Roll the arches?
-
What size tyres you running?
The offset on those rear wheels will be low, mine are ET13
-
they are 265 wide. Dish is fairly deep on them

Drop down to a 245 and you should have less rubbing
-
rolling the arches would chip the paint on the arches.
Going down to 245 would help a bit but not enough because the whole rim is out further than the arch and not just the tire.
Thinking of putting in these?

I reckon it would help a hell of a lot, big difference between a 245 and a 265. Even if the wheel stuck out the stretch on the tyre would be enough for it to not catch the arches as much.
The offset on the AZEV's is gonna be low, like ET13 odd low. If you look under the centre caps you shold see it scratched into the metal.

Not if you heat the paint up :)
-
The bodykit is a copy of the Steinmetz kit for the pre facelift model.
Steinmetz don't produce the kit anymore :'( . But the copy can be found on eBay. And the quality is like the orginal.
Not quit sure about the grill (I have one just like it)
-
I made one of these arch rollers. So hopefully it works now

Ye I would have loved 19's but the dish on my wheels is too deep and the wheels are out a bit beyond the arches. 19's would rub too much

Azev A's are quite valuable and sought after, I have a set on another car ,but your problem is the fitting of 5 x 110 pcd which will only fit GM and Saab and the enormous offset on the rears .
Are the two alloys you have buckled and cracked two of these.......
About the only car they'll fit without the problems you're having is an arched Lotus Carlton rep.

I Got them fixed up professionally. They are Welded, balanced and all. Yeah they came off a lotus carlton. Just was thinking of selling and I Dont know For how much. I bought them in the good times when they were dear for E600
-
my 19s only touch the arch if you go over a speed bump the wrong way. the rear wheels sit right under the arch and they dont rub even with 5 people in the car. :y :y :y

Ye mine hit the arch with no one in the car just the driver and a full tank of fuel.

Crossy What was the Fit Like on the kit?

Crossy What was the Fit Like on the kit?
It was Fairly hard to fit. Not a great shape really. All i did to get it to fit perfect was parked the car in a small shed and tiger sealed the lips on. Then I clamped the lips onto the car by putting shafts from the wall of the shed onto the lips kit. I screwed the lips on also inside the wheel arches. The side skirts fit easy. :)
Are you thinking of getting a kit?
-
yea I quite like the look fo the front spoiler
at work most of the parts the omega are discontinued so it looked like the next best option

Luckily these parts arent too dear either. You can get the whole kit even cheaper on Ebay.pl (polish ebay)
-
You may have mentione but what suspension are you running? You say it is lowered but that looks quite std to me, even accounting for the optical illusion that is fitting larger / wider wheels.

No its actually standard. What i meant in the previous comments was the car is too low or soft as standard
-
Must say rather liking the front bumper on this ;)
-
This looks great, really like the spaced wheels on the back. I've got spacers to go on the back of mine when I get the time. Only 10mm, looking for slightly wider I think. Maybe 15 or 20mm. 10mm ones can go on the front.

I didnt put any spacers on the car. The wheels are just that wide. On the rears the tyre size I am running is 265/35/18 :)
-
Very nice looking car there , wider wheels suit the whole stance of the car :y
-
very nice look keep at it dude, ive got a genuine steinmetz estate but a previous owner had raised it back up to standard hight and its missing the original exhuast,im in the process of doing springs and shocks fitted ebach to rear with bilstein shocks the new front shocks just turned up slightly stiffer than mv6 and a drop of 30 mm all round, ive got 17 inch mv6 alloys with 235/45/17 tyres, was going to space the rears but may change or colour the rims ,forgot the lotus calton wheels look the dogs, still waiting to get paint sorted on corner of rear doors but very little to do,im waiting till shes all done till i put up new pictures.
-
Nice car! :y These brutal wide wheels give some special powerful appear /charm?/ her... :y Congrat Matey! ;) ;) ;)
-

These aren't actual LC wheels but Azev 'A' which were on an LC or a rep. Still as you say, they do look the dogs, which is good as I have a set of 17's waiting to be refurbished. Have heard they can be 'soft' though.
Didn't bobdent have a set on his estate????
-
i really like that. obviously a fair bit of thought and effort has gone in. hopefully mine will look as nice when its finished.
fair play buddy. :y

They are very very soft wheels guys and break so easy but they are worth it. And If they are able for Irish roads then English roads shouldn't be a problem :-)
-
I'll just have to be careful on the spanish roads then. :y
