Title: Wanted: Cheap Car Sub £300 Near Gainsborough Lincs

As above, must run, must have a little tax and MOT even if just till the end of Jan and must be prepared/able to deliver it to Gainsborough Lincolnshire asap as were carless with 3 young children.

Doesnt matter about knocks dents etc or what car it is tbh, just as long as we can get about for a couple of weeks or more :y

If its an Omega then I will pay up to £300 if not then up to £200 :y

Got a 1999 2.0 gls estate t+t til april all good tyres and vgc.
Got a noisy diff but runs spot on.
Wanted more than £300 for it but if you're in the shit will let you have it for that plus a bit for petrol and can deliver to you tomorrow. :y

I had exactly the same problem last week when I discovered the wifes Audi 80 had used 3 1/2 litres of oil in 3 weeks. Was actually offered a 1998 Polo Diesel for £200 but the git went and gave it to a family member instead.

I had to use a car as my Elite is off the road, so filled the Audi with oil and have done almost 1000 miles in it since. It hasn't used a drop since. Wierd!!!!!

So the 80's going to be staying with me for a while longer.

Was a bit gutted, also had the chance for a Volvo 440 1.8, N reg for 'around' £100. Said no as I hate all things Volvo after my wifes last very unreliable 940, and because it was a petrol. Probably could have got it for £50 too. he stuck it on Ebay and got £230 for it!!!

If it was only a week earlier eh!!!!

Ok due to selling the 3.0 engine now rather than trading it in for work on the Zafira our budgets a little bigger but would like something decent for the upper budget...still happy on summat cheap though if its got a bit of T&T but needs a little work doing...but really need a runner and prefer and estate :y
