what does the 3.0l mv6 have extra compared to the elites.is it just cosmetic changes

The MV6 has slightly different suspension, wheels and has sport front seats. But the Elite has more extras fitted to it, like heated rear seats, elec rear blind, Bose radio system, leather as standard (on the 3.0) crise control etc... HTH.

mv6 is near cdx spec (prefacelift) or cd spec (facelift)...
