the other numbers that are on it are:
51201003   PA 6.6  19/96

Can anyone help?

Headlight washer pumps and washers. 97 Elite Mark. Mine has blown, thought about getting two just to be on the safe side.

should have one then fella ! is it inthe under the bonnett fuse box ?

Yes mate thats the one. Its black and the second one in from the narrow end of the box, there should be a 30 amp fuse there right by it as well.
