Will they fit a mini-facelift, i.e. do the door cards fit?

I have been told they are identical with the exception is that the rub strips are removable, rather than taped on like prefacelifts. Perhaps someone could confirm?

Doors the same across the range. Mini-facelift cards will fit but may need a few adjustments re; placement of the fixing clips
Door bump strips are as you rightly say Jamie, bonded on pre facelifts, held with two screws on facelift
