If you can sort this you're a whizz... Gauntlet down...
I have a PC with XP using Outlook for e-mails, my laptop uses Vista and Windows Mail.... I can send an e-mail to my wife on the laptop no probs and vice versa, but, strangely if she sends me one from the PC I don't get it on PC or laptop... She can however send to my works e-mail..... Anyone?????

Is her outgoing smtp server on PC set correct?

So, she can email out to your works address from the PC? But she can't email from the PC to your personal email address?
Just a very very wild suggestion but she has spelt the email address correctly hasn't she?

Checked all that, typed in fresh, c&p'd it in.... dunno! It's doing my head in.... it's NOT exactly crucial... the main concern is with her customers that she e-mails out to... even with send receipt, read receipt... she gets no failure notices etc....
Open to any suggestions DC :-/
