Well it just goes to show that you can manipulate figures to prove just about anything you want. The environmentalists have been doing it for years. Next time you see a Government experts banging on about carbon emission figures just remember the above. Love it ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

Its all cods wollop, I dont read or listen to these prats, sod the carbon foot print, I fill up most weekends and do lots of miles, I bought my car to drive it, and thats what i will do.
There are more things damaging the environment more than cars do.
You may think this is an irresponsable attitude on my part, but I dont care, I pay well over the odds for my carbon foot print.

Agreed, the single most effective thing that we can do to help save the planet is stop producing so many new cars on the pretence that they pollute less so the old one must go in landfills...
People like us who make sure the cars gives back maximum service life are the real planet-savers, not those who encourage Toyota to make lots and lots of new Priouses...
