I'm looking for a good facelift manual gearstick leather gaiter and plastic retaining surround.
To replace mine which is worn and begining to split .

You can find real leather gaiters on ebay, and they are pretty cheap (I've fitted one in mine)

I bought one . It was good quality but too thick a gauge of leather .
The OE leather is  exceptionally thin to fit between the two retaining sandwich plastic sections .
The aftermarket item ,as said, was too thick but at each corner where the sections were stiched it was impossible to fit .
Where did you get yours ?

got a leather one from germany via eba*. was cheap and good fit. Downside..my email address was in german hands and i was sent loads of rubbish. Cant remember who from though

E bay seller kindly replaced the original with one of a much thinner gauge .
Perfect fit .
