Off my 1996 97k ex cop mobile.
Seems reasonable enough (I dont know what to expect as I like full locked diffs :D ;D ) but both wheels turn in the same direction when its ticking over in the air and I maayyy of accidently done a test or two round a wet and a dry roundabout to ensure its fit for purpose :y ;D
I think £200 ono is the going rate? Less if you help me take it off (Im fitting a welded/3way one) :y

A tad optimistic WRT the price, I fear..... :-/

They are pretty rare, and quite sought after. :y

i'd say that's quite cheap if it's still working.

What's the gearing on this one? Assuming it was plod, and hence lower geared than stock?
-
Cheers guys. Not sure of the gearing, but it topped about 152 on 50 profile 15's, not been on that runway since fitting the 17's.
As for working, it seems too. Had the car ticking over on the 2 poster on saturday (manifold upgrade) and the wheels where turning in unison. And power over steer/drift is not a problem bearing in mind when Ive tried open diffs using the same technique the inside wheel just spins :y
If all goes to plan, it will be off soon anyway and I can do some ratio counting :y

Off the car now, gearing is a smidge shorter than a standard 3litre one, open to offers, will happily part ex with a 2.2 auto diff too :y
