hi
I am considering buying a 2.6 v6 cdx. Its a 2002 model and has done 65,000miles.
I would appreciate any advice you can give me on things to check on the car or things i should consider i.e. servicing.
iuld also like to know some of the differences in the trim specs as i have also considered an 'elite' model but after sometime of searching i have been unable to find a list of what you get with the different models.
thankyou

Welcome to the site :)
To get better responses to your question, post it up in General Chat :)
One big piece of advice - whatever anyone tells you, the cambelt inteval is 40k/4yrs (whichever first). No argument. Also, tensioners much be done, not just belt. If you have no documented proof, get it done (we do a DVD if you fancy doing yourself).

Hi Jazzyc and welcome to the forum :)
:)Welcome aboard. Sounds like a nice Mig & only 65k?
But as already mentioned do a FULL cambelt KIT. If the seller ca'nt prove when it was done knock him down on price to allow for it. [smiley=2vrolijk_08.gif]

thanks for the welcome everyone.
The garage have said that the car has full service history but the salesman said he could not see anywhere in the service book where it said the belt had been changed. He did say though that if they couldn't verify it then they would get them done so thats a plus.
Is there anywhere i can find out about the variuos trim levels and differences?
