Title: Suspension or Rear Bushes Problem

Hi wonder if anyone here can help me??  Ive an 02 Omega Estate.  Recently the handlling has been a nightmare.  The only way I can describe it, is as though I am driving on Ice.  The Rear end seems to want to slide out, and any spped- around town or on the motorway.  Ive checked the tyre pressures and theyre fine.  Theres no knocking noises, just the rear end will slide out slightly.  The only thing I can think of is Bushes??
