Hey All. Have an MV6, 2.6. When got the car the insurance came out higher than standard 2.6. What does the MV6 mean? Thanks
-
iirc it's 'motorsport' v6, slightly higher power output, stiffer suspension and some come with rocarro interior.
welcome to the forums btw :y
-
Thankyou. Already had decent sized bill for vented disc's on rear which is apparently unusual even on the MV6 according to my mechanic. Once again thanks,,,,love the car though

Hi and welcome to the forum.
MV6 has the same BHP as any other 2.6 but does have lower stiffer suspension and a sports interior. Vented rear discs are standard on the later 2.6/3.2 Omegas :y

According to total vauxhall,it stands for multi valve 6 cylinder, because i have always wandered that when i first had the car,and later found out in the mag, when someone poped the same question,so now you know everyone. ;) :y
