Title: V8 Star race car

Hi all,
Ive just stumbled across your website and found our racecar on it!
My name is alex and i a one of the race engineers on the Wessex Motorsport V8 star Omega that has just won the Britcar GT 3 championship.
For your info the car has a LS 7 Corvette engine and produces 645 BHP.
Give me a mail if you want any more info or photos.

For anyone that is interested the racecar is currently for sale!
The price is £75,000 GBP but this is a lot of car and spares for the money!!

what mileage is on it, and has it been ragged ??  ;D ;D ;D

i'd well have it if i had the cash, the german one is on ebay for about £3 billion!

If I leave my Omega with you would you swap the engine, gearbox and brakes for the V8, there will be a back hander in it for you ;D

hello and welcome,did you know the vauxhall manaro has same corvette engine,based on same chasis as omega 8-) 8-) 8-)

I suppose that "welcoming" someone after nearly three years .... doesn't break forum guidelines by much ... :)

Well spoted Zulu and Endwood.

I flick down them to see if I have done a welcome, hadnt picked up on zulus post, but had read the one with the racing miggy (ps thats is the wrong thread as well - but he hasnt gor enough posts anyway.  ::) )(and this is general chat stuff as well  ::) :P)  cant get it right every time.   :-[
