yep about the same apart from having Alan Bolts it has tork bolts on the rocker cover and i have a LPG attached to the Throttle body as its a mixer system not an injection system.
Oh mine has a funny thing on the Air Pipe at the side like a block off of some discription i have not seen this on any other 2.0 liter engine on the forums wonder why its alittle different.

Dont actually know why its there I have something similar and its blocked off and does nothing obviously more visible from inside the pipe.
Does it turn round or is it fixed.
LPG looks good from what I can see of it.
-
yep its moveable you can turn it

Wonder if its blocked off inside the pipe, not that I am suggesting removal.
Shall check mine after work.

Its a resonance stub......(If you have done transmission theory you will know what I mean!)
The ones shown in the pic are for an 8 valve, dare I say, pop to halfords and get soem of thier Bosch ones... (they are not a perfect seal around the cam cover but are good leads)
-
Marks DTM Calib I had a look at the bosch leads today are they any good ? i was alittle put off as they did not look like they would seal at all would this matter ? they were about 36 quid

Hi Mark
I havent .....so havent a clue....would you like to enlarge on what it does and why its there?
Ive wondered why thats there on mine, although mine doesnt turn or move its a molded part of the air pipe
Also whats that sensor between the MAF sensor and the airbox.....my 2.2 doesnt have that
Cheers
-
The sensor between the MAF and air box is the air temp sensor (often built into the later MAF's).
The stub is basicaly a matching device used on transmission lines (or on this case an air system but, similar principles), it will flatten out the torque curve by absorbing air pulses from the engine.....
The Bosch leads are good, they dont seal very well with the cam cover but, that shouldn't cause to many problems as there is a cover over the top of them.

Ahh right....thanks
