You should be able to get in via the key, it will be very stiff and you will think the key is about to break, but it should work ;)

Worked for me & it is scary, if not open the boot & run a feed to the light, you should be able to put enough in to open the doors

I agree it worked for me as well..though as mentioned it can be scary..but those keys are strong :y

Or you can jack up the front and get a jump lead onto the alternator terminal.
-
Use the key, it does work. Very stiff though...
-
Also try some freeing oil in the lock, they stiffen up if using the remote all of the time.

Bit risky if you dont know what your doing, have you got a guide to doing this? Curious as to how you do it.

i'd open the boot with the key and climb in if you can, hopefully the Ski hatch is not locked? - Poke your arm though and try and pop the seat release and climb in that way.
Or if you have someone very small shove them though ;D

The later suggestion from Tunnie may be the easiest/quickest, as long as you are slim ;D

I could almost fit though the ski hatch... shoulders might be a problem though... but i might just be able to squeeze through, I can reach the release button for the back seat when reaching in though the hatch from the boot....

Is the car PRE face lift? If not it won't matter if you're skinny enough to fit through the ski hatch! :-?

If its the same as the photo, its a pre-facelift, looks like he may have left them blue lights on, ran the battery down ;D

Tunnie, I reckon you could fit through the gap between the closed door and the pillar.
I remember being that thin - you wait, you'll become a fatty soon ;)

As it happens i was in Debenhams today, tried out the scales now 10.7 stone ish.... put on 0.2 stone! :o
Humm my dad is the same build as me, when he left uni at my age he was 9 stone!! so i am a right porker in comparison.
Plus i am taller at 6ft4 than him, only about a stone and a half before i am the correct weight!
-
Before I'm the right weight, I need to lose about 4 stone. Or grow about 3 feet.
-
Caution fatties:
Before attempting to squeeze through ski hatch, make sure you have a mobile phone to hand in case you need to call the Fire Dept for rescue!

Or just get a skinny git to do it instead.
Now where is Tunnie's number....

As some one mentioned if you've got a tow bar fitted you can energise the car battery
through the tow bar electrics enough to be able to use your remote zaper.
With regards to weight I'm not a fatty, I'm just 18ins to short for my weight ;D ;D ;D
