Title: The people you see, when you ain't got your GUN !!

There we were, all the Dave C brood, Donington Park racing circuit... amidst several thousands of people, now we only met Mr & Mrs Theolodian last week at Newent for the first time...  guess what? They only recognised my OOF special fleece jacket...  ( Same as Golfbuddy's) and my shiny bald patch!!!!!  They began to shout Dave at me....  after all it is my name..  

Couln't get my gun quick enough >:( >:(

Good job they know I'm kidding.....  Lovely to see them....

Does this count as an official OOF meet then? After all, it was better attended than Jocular Omegas III.   ::) ::)

There was not a thread preceding it to advise everyone NOT to attend.....   :D

Neither was there one with 150 posts, read 2,096 times suggesting that they did. Perhaps Donnington Park was an OOF karmic meeting? Just arrive and it will happen.

I wonder if the same will happen on my visit to the beach in St Ives tomorrow? Damn, now I've mentioned it it's not to be.

What he didn't say was that he completely ignored us when we were yelling his name!  >:(  Seemed to be muttering naughty words while pounding on the top left of his laptop keyboard.  ::)

Yeah, wild to run into you the next weekend amongst tens of thousands of people!  :o ;D
