Title: Sticky question

Good evening everybody out there, can anyone advise me on the best glue to use on the rear light unit ? I have broken a small piece off mine. thanks in advance :y

I always find that genuine Loctite Superglue sticks almost anything and if you're sparing with it you probably won't see the join!!  :y

I Have tried various cheap 'superglue's' in the past and have found them to be a waste of money...this is all IMO though  ;)

Superglue sounds like a good suggestion :y

Would it not be better to get a cheap replacement off good old Ebay.

Glue is ok as a temporary fix but I always find it never lasts.

Good luck with replacing or glueing and if glueing be careful you dont glue your hands to it, could be very  :-[

Most superglue's dont like water, so not much good on cars.

I broke a corner of the lens of one on the mazda (you have to yank it off the car to change the bulb!)
I used araldyte super glue, this was over 6 months ago, still stuck firm.

I use a small amount of Loctite Superglue to position the broken bit in place, then a thick layer of clear dual-pack epoxy resin (the twin-syringe one) to give it strength and water-seal it.
