Can Imobiliser receiver or imobiliser unit be bypassed to see if is cause of intermittent none Starting ?

Does the EML flash when you attempt to start - ECU will flash EML if it does not receive correct response from immobiliser...

Also do a paperclip test, could be a number of things causing it, including failed crank sensor...
