Title: Forum Number Plates
Post by: Boiler Man on 28 November 2006, 00:03:29
Hi Guys

Sorry if you have covered this, but I have done a couple of searches and cant find a full thread.

My qusetion is about the number plates one or two of you guys have that have the forum web address on them.

Do you have a specific supplier or have you just had them made up individually and if so were form?

Cheers :y

I think they were show plates used or something similar.

I think the couple of peeps on here used a site from the net but cant remember the name.

Worth doing a search.

HTH :)

www.demonplates.com

www.impactshowplates.co.uk

www.coolplates.co.uk

The first 2 are cheapest ive found

I just used my dymo machine and stuck it over the garage name at the bottom of the plate.  Must get a propper plate done though as some tasteless idiot has put one of those plates with the VX Griffen logo all over it on the back.
Looks really naff

A bit cheeky, as i am here as an Omega owner, and not for business, but we do road plates, show plates and carbon gel plates.

We also make show plates for the Vauxhall Sports Car Club and sponsored a rolling road event featured in the latest issue of Vauxhall High Performer magazine.

We'd be happy to make forum plates for the members here, club plates and of course regular road and show plates.

Please pm me, or ask through the sites if you need any help.

We can basically do pretty much anything. The sites give the prices, as they vary with plate size, design, options etc. if you have photo of a type of plate you like, we can replicate the design. The sites have thousands of design combo's so maybe they would give an idea.
Wwe work with vector graphics, so for custom jobs, we would need your artwork to be in vecor format (ai, eps, plt, cdr etc)

We can do custom jobs, and we'd be more than happy to do some forum plates for Vauxhall shows and meets etc.

If we can get some adverts up on the forum, we could give a discount code to forum members and we could also give away a monthly prize of a set of plates....
