Title: power probs

 help my car is so slugesh its the 2.5 td bmw engine any way of bringing up the power i not to sure if i want to chip it as ive been told it blows the seal s in the pump i got the head skimed lately and think the pump was set in the wrong setting  cuz it s really different now i have it back any help would help

I would get the injection pump timing checked out....

Austy, drop a PM to 'omegatoy'

He has a 2.5 TD thats been chipped, and its damn fast out of the blocks!

He is best to ask regarding chipping as he knows all about them.

Is yours a manual or auto?

Still check that timing,

If the pump timing is out, then chipping it will be useless if the engine is not mechanically set up right anyway.....
