Title: Dipstick !

How do everyone !

I know this may seem a silly and odd question but I checked my
oil the other day and the picture of the dipstick in the manual
is nothing like what is in my car.

The manual shows a dipstick with a Max and Min levels. The one in
my car just has a series of bumps on it.

Can anyone explain this and which one is the corret one?

The later one has a 'cast end' with a cut out secton with bumps on it.....max and min are fairly obvious and the bumps allow you tom monitor oil loss easier to...and guesstimate how much to top it up with better.

So, in answer to your question....you have the correct dipstick...
