Title: Engine Power Loss

hey gents,
got a problem with my 2001 3.0 omega. I tend to feel an intermittent loss of power with a slight drop in RPM in the engine while driving. Power loss tends to be more noticable when car is on low speed and attempting to accelerate.
however, when the car is on neutral i dont seem to feel the power loss..

any ideas? could it be lack of fuel pressure?
