Title: Switch Removal

Hi All, how do you remove the switches above the radio(heated seats, heated rear window, etc;) Detailed instructions would be a great help, have done a search but can't find any info on it.

Two butter knives, one above and one below and prise them out.....once one is out it gets easier....
