Title: omega 2.5 v6 r reg immobiliser

hi all new on ere just wondered if any1 can help me my other half lost the keys to the omega we got another key cut but not with wiv the key fob, so when ever we open the doors the alarm goes off, so does any1 know if we can turn the alarm off all together so it doesnt keep going off  :)

Welcome!

You can unplug the two sounders under the scuttle on the drivers side......it would be a better idea to buy a second hand fob off ebay and get it programmed to the car though though!

we havent got the fob thats the problem they only cut the key to open the doors we have rang vauxhall and they want 100 quid for new key fob :(

As suggested try sourcing one from ebay and then get it programmed, Where abouts are you as there is a member/admin (TheBoy) on here who has a proper tech2 that offers decent rates and is a top bloke.

He has a price list at the top of each forum section maybe worth a look

Maybe the distance is a little far :-/ might be worth seing if you can get the fob from ebay then getting Vx to program should be cheaper for you then.

The fob has to be correct, ie megamoss, bosch, delphi depending on your immobiliser.
