The part number should be stamped on there, if it matches yours then I would say yes. Ask him for it.
You can probably get someone to check EPC for you (legit copies are usually owned by dealers, so just phone them, or people in the trade..)

Thanks for your help mate, was a different number so didnt bother. :y

if you want a spare go down your local scrapper, you can use omegas, vectra's calibra's as long as they are 2 liter engines its the same cam cover, my local scrapper had loads.

ah Teessider eh my home town.
Go to the Scrappers past the football ground they might have some but i do know there is a scrapper not far from the others that only deals in Vauxhall cars.
But also there are some over the boarder if your brave enough to go there lol

Craig,
Which scrapper do you use? I'm in Watford occassionally and could do with a replacement cam cover. Any idea what they are charging?
Cheers

I uses the Scrappers over in Bushey which is around the corner.

Cost of a Cam Cover Dont have a clue They normally make up a price there are a few next door to each other and they all have different prices if i don't like the price i go to the one next door, I always now ask the price before i take the part out.
