I'm proberbly being thick but,

Is this a exhaust manifold gasket for a 2ltr 16v Omega

looks right from memory, the extended port is for the connection to the EGR passageways in the head.
Not sure if the later gaskets changed to a multilayer metal type like the V6s.

If you are thinking of changing yours then try to give the studs a really good blast of Rust Flash or similar before attempting to undo them, its difficult to get access but worth the effort as they often shear off.
Once manifold is off then check it carefully for cracks and if OK then check the face is flat and flatten with emery if necessary.

Yes but, its a crappy composite one and not worth fitting to your lawn mower......the later gaskets are multi layer metal plate and much better.

Will the later multi layer metal plate gaskets fit my omega, if so where can I ge one from?

drive down to vauxhall and pick up a gen one. always the best bet! ;)
