Title: One way Valve

Just checked the Cambelt DVD as i thought i remembered Mark saying something about the One Way Valve on the Air Injection Inlet Pipe.
I could suck and blow through mine this morning and Mark says you should not be able to suck :-[
What does this do then? and what difference does it make to the car?
Are these dear??

I will have to to see if anyone has one then now >:(

same here, but it made a trumpeting noise one of the ways.  Mark said this was ok.
