 right after more thoughts i have no oil in water and no water in oil but it makes pipes rock hard and has done 2 in 2 days i have used  k seal no difference it runs like a dream but loads of air in system mechanic i no put a test tube in collant tank with blue dye if it goes yellow there are exhaust gases in it and that is what it showed

If exhaust gases are detected in coolant bottle, that will be HG...

As an aside, the K-Seal stuff never works, and you will have a hell of a job getting rid of it once the HG is repaired...

its a v6 3litre elite 1997

what sort of milage, service history ( ie coolant changes etc)

clearly over pressurising...i presume you think the head (s) are shot due to sniffer test...unusual for a v6, and often oil cooler... :-/
