Finally after months and months i've picked up my Elite! It's a 3.2 saloon with CID fitted and all the other standard kit!
It's certainly a change from the Vectra CDX!
Does anyone know where I can get a genuine set of Vauxhall mats? The ones that clip in? Tried the local stealers but I don't think the parts staff are old enough to remember what an Omega is!
Will post some pics up as soon as it stops raining and I find my camera!
Jobs list so far:- Want to clean the breathers (Asked James V6 to watch over my shoulder incase I get it wrong!) and get the Gearbox S/W updated (Will be PMing you soon TB!)

There are these ones on ebay, they look like they have the clips......

They have other colours in other listings, Cheap too, they are £45 from Vauxhall.

you can definitely get them from the Vx dealers, I bought some from mine about 3 months ago - the ones on that fleabay listing aren't the genuine ones - they have two anchoring holes instead of one - and say "omega" on 'em :)
I can try and find the part number for you tonight if you like?
-
Yes please, that would be great, there are two holes and I suspect the car originally had them fitted but I guess the dealer took them out as they couldn't be cleaned up succesfully.
The interior capet is black (or a very very dark grey if your being picky!)
Many thanks

part number for the mat set is 91132419, they were £35.15 + VAT retail when I bought them 3 months ago. Vx refer to the colour as "anthracite" ::)

Mine have the two holes in to fasten them, and the wording Omega stitched in to them. I believe I have seen similar on ebay, I don't think mine are original dealer one's as the passenger side doesn't have the two fixing holes (was in the car when I bought it)

would also get a cam belt kit,if it hasn't already been done, remember that they need doing every 40 thousand miles or 4 years witch ever comes first, nice beast though the 3.2 have fun :y :y :y

I've just replaced mine after 4 years so at a tenner a year the Vx one's do last. :y
Ebay mats - in a 3.2 Elite - no >:(

Some have Vauxhall printed on instead of the Omega stitched in...

Thanks for that, going to try a different stealer as the one I went to last night couldn't even find the breather system on EPC so I have little faith and walked away!
The car has had the complete cambelt kit done so that should be fine, however will be doing my service at 60K and will take the covers off and check again as I don't think the water pump has been replaced.
Thanks for your help
