I've just fitted cc to my V6 and although fiddly, is a piece of cake, particularly as you have the donor car.
You'll need the stalk, the actuator module from under the bonnet and both the brake and clutch switches if a manual. The switches can be awkward to fit due to restricted access above the pedals. There is an excellent how2 in the maintenance area which will tell you all you need to know, and the electrics should be in place. Just take your time and be careful when removing and reinstalling the switches.

HTH and good luck.

By the way is the Elite a saloon, and does it still have the rear blind?
