				I have passed the paper-shift stage, I didn't realise they gave you feedback, apparently I scored very highly, and was the strongest candidate for "resilience".
Wish me luck with the next parts :)
Already been getting some practice in for the bleep test... but fitness has never been a problem for me.

My son has done the paper shuffling and the medical, just the physical to go on Monday.
They are not doing the bleep test, they have a set obstacle type course to complete in 3 mins 40 secs for 3 circuits and then a 20kgk push/pull resistance test for 20 seconds each way.
